Why Forti Homes Sponsors Local Sports Teams—and Why It Matters to Sarah, Jackie, and Melissa

In the heart of Delaware County, you'll often find the Forti Homes logo on the back of a youth baseball jersey or hanging proudly on a local field fence. But for Sarah, Jackie, and Melissa—the powerhouse trio behind Forti Homes—this isn’t just about marketing or brand visibility. It’s personal. It’s about being part of something bigger than real estate. It’s about supporting the families, kids, and neighborhoods we call home.
Community Is the Foundation
"First and foremost, it's about giving back to a place we love," Sarah said. "I grew up here and my kids have gone through these places so it's a no-brainer to help support them when we can."
Forti Homes has always been more than a real estate team. As lifelong residents of the Main Line and surrounding areas, we have deep roots in Newtown Square, Edgemont, Broomall, and Marple Township. We're not just agents helping people buy and sell homes—we are parents, neighbors, and volunteers who understand the heartbeat of this community.
That’s why, when we are looking for ways to give back, we don't have to look very far. This year alone Forti Homes proudly sponsors Newtown Square Petticoat League, Newtown Edgement Little League, Marple Township Little Leauge, and the Marple Tigers Football and Cheer.
Each of these leagues plays an essential role in the fabric of our community. And to the Forti Homes team, supporting them is a way of giving back to the neighborhoods that have given so much to us.
Why Youth Sports Matter
"Sarah and I have said it countless times before, but kids learn and grow by participating in sports," Jackie explained. "There's just something about the teamwork and the group mentality that helps them learn so much."
Youth sports are about more than wins and losses. They teach teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and leadership. They give kids a place to belong, learn how to win with grace and lose with dignity, and develop confidence on and off the field.
"By supporting local teams," Sarah said, "we can help do our part to make sure every child has access to that experience, regardless of their background. Sponsorship dollars can help cover uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, and registration fees for families in need. That means more kids get to play—and that’s a win for everyone."
For the Love of the Game—and the Kids
"We’ve spent countless hours on sidelines and in bleachers watching our own kids play," Jackie continued. "We know firsthand the joy and growth that comes from being part of a team—and we want other families to experience that, too."
Sponsorship is our way of staying connected. Even if we're not coaching or carpooling anymore, we can still showing up for the next generation of players.
Investing in the Future
When you sponsor youth sports, you’re not just investing in jerseys—you’re investing in the future of your town. You’re helping kids stay active, engaged, and off their screens. You’re creating safe spaces where they can grow, thrive, and be supported by coaches and mentors who care.
Collectively we see these leagues as a natural extension of our work. After all, real estate is about helping families find the right place to build their lives. Supporting youth sports helps strengthen the very communities those families live in.
Building Trust, One Team at a Time
Real estate is a relationship business—and that’s exactly how Forti Homes approaches it. When people see the Forti Homes name on a Little League dugout or a Petticoat League t-shirt, we know the team behind it is local, loyal, and all in.
"I can still remember seeing those sponorships when I was a kid," Melissa added. "I know people that still have their childhood shirts because they meant that much to them."
By showing up consistently and contributing meaningfully, we hope to build trust—not just as real estate professionals, but as community members. That trust is invaluable when it comes time to buy, sell, or refer a friend. People want to work with businesses that walk the walk—and Forti Homes does just that.
A Message to Parents
If you’re a parent reading this, chances are you’ve felt the juggling act of sports season: rushing to practices, packing snacks, finding the one missing cleat. You know the joy of seeing your child hit a milestone—and the heartbreak of watching them struggle. And you probably also know that it takes a village to keep it all running.
That’s why local businesses like Forti Homes matter so much. Their sponsorships help keep registration costs manageable, fund improvements to fields and facilities, and make sure every team has what it needs to play with pride. Whether your child plays for the Marple Tigers, swings for Newtown Edgemont, or pitches for NSPL, chances are Forti Homes has helped make their season possible.
More Than a Sign on the Fence
To us, this is about more than a logo on a fence—it’s about showing up, year after year, for the people we care about most. It’s about modeling generosity, creating opportunity, and making sure our own kids (and yours) grow up in a place where businesses give back.
We're proud to sponsor these leagues, proud to cheer from the stands, and proud to represent a brand that puts community first.
Whether You’re Buying, Selling, or Cheering from the Sidelines—We’re With You.
